CenterState Bank Collects Donations for Operation Backpack

WHAT:     
CenterState Bank’s Spring Hill branch is collecting donations for Hernando County’s Operation Backpack until Friday, August 10, 2012. Operation Backpack, funded by Friends of the Children, Inc., has provided school supplies and backpacks to children in need throughout the past 10 years. The Spring Hill branch will serve as a drop-off location for backpacks, school supplies and monetary donations. On Saturday, August 11, 2012 at Jerome Brown Community Center, backpacks will be available for students in kindergarten through 8th grade to pick up for the upcoming school year.
