Remote Deposit Capture

Remote Deposit Capture solves an issue every business has when dealing with a check or item that needs to be deposited into your account. The loss of productivity and liability concerns due to an employee leaving the office to make a deposit. RDC brings the teller to you. Simply scan checks with a special check scanner and electronically transmit the deposits to the bank. Worrying about traffic delays and waiting in line become things of the past. Plus, with RDC, the cutoff time for same-day credit is 6:00 pm EST. RDC frees you, as a senior business manager, from worrying about an employee potentially getting in harms way while conducting finance related business. RDC also produces online reports and other safeguards to ensure that you have access to your cash and assets as soon as possible.

Automated Clearing House (ACH) Services

Does your business have the need for automatic payments or collections each month? CenterState has a solution that encompasses the specific features that a business needs today to ensure that these transactions are verifiable, accurate and timely. If you need data from today’s transactions, or the previous six months, the ability to combine this CenterState service with Business Online Banking insures that the data you need to access is available immediately. The ability to log on to your account from your office and view transactions enables you to ensure that amounts received, or paid, are correct. Online Wire Services

Online Wire Services allows you to initiate wires more securely and efficiently directly from your office. If your business is initiating two or more wires every month, CenterState’s Online Wire Services can save you time and money. You will receive a confirmation page after every wire is submitted, and you will also be able to view Wire activity and history at anytime. Dual Control procedures may also be put in place to ensure that all outgoing wires on your business account are verified by two authorized individuals that you designate.

Payroll Cards

Being able to provide unbanked workers with a better, less complicated payment solution has made it possible for CenterState to help businesses stabilize relationships with their contract employees. Workers are able to purchase what they require and obtain cash from ATMs, using a product that is safe and secure. This product also allows unbanked workers to purchase goods and items that could be difficult or impossible, using cash only.

Positive Pay

CenterState Bank provides the leading method of check and Automated Clearing House (ACH) fraud deterrence available today with an online Positive Pay service. Items presented for payment are compared once daily against item information you have provided within the Positive Pay system. Items that do not match information you have provided are flagged as exceptions, and you are notified via email that action is required on those items. You have a defined window of time to log in to the system, review the exceptions and submit pay or return decisions.

Account Reconciliation

CenterState Bank’s comprehensive ARP reporting tool enables you to automatically reconcile your account and create paid item, outstanding item, and detailed/summary reports based on a specific period. A complete reconcilement of both outstanding and paid checks is available by verifying paid items to an issued file that is electronically submitted by your company to CenterState. By supplying CenterState Bank with a list of all issued items, the reconcilement is fully automated. Reports will list all paid and outstanding items, as well as voids. Deposit reconciliation also allows clients with multiple depositing locations to generate reports by location and create a summary of all deposits.

LockBox Services

Lockbox Banking Services are designed to improve efficiency and cash flow by accelerating the processing of payments received from customers. This is accomplished by directing customer payments to a Post Office box that is accessed by CenterState Bank. Our personnel will collect the contents from the Post Office Box each banking day and process the payments/items according to your specifications. Checks are deposited directly into your account. Deposit information is then reported and remittance information is sent to your office. Because we are using an image based system, complete details, including images, are available to your accounting staff shortly after we have completed processing your work. Benefits include:

Cash Vault Services

Cash Vault Service is for those businesses that accept cash and have concerns about getting it safely and securely into the bank. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Services

CenterState Bank’s EDI service automatically searches ACH files for financial EDI messages contained in addenda records of electronic payments. Our EDI service translates this payment and remittance information into human-readable reports then distributes the information to an email address that you designate. If your company has an EDI-compatible accounts receivable (AR) system, we can also provide you a machine-readable file that allows you to upload the payment information into the AR system.
